A family session with the Keogh family in their Roath home, Cardiff.
I first met Laura when she was 6 months pregnant to chat about her Caerphilly Castle wedding. Laura was radiant, and we also took the opportunity to plan a pre-baby couple session with Rhys. But baby Arthur was eager to make an appearance and came so much earlier than expected. Born 6 weeks premature, Arthur spent a few extra days in the Heath Hospital before coming home with Mum and Dad. After a few weeks getting settled in, we rearranged the shoot as a newborn family session. It was such a joy to pop around and photograph the new Keogh family in their gorgeous, Roath home. Oh, and Badger, the Jack Russell had to get in on the action too!
I absolutely love at home family photography sessions. If you love the idea of relaxing at home, and having your newborn shoot baby or child-led, instead of old fashioned posing or being wrapped in a swaddle, you can find out more information on my relaxed and modern family photography sessions here.
