A fun, boho wedding in the woods at the New Forest in Hampshire
Kristin & Khairil’s New Forest woodland wedding was relaxed, full of surprises and most importantly, true to their personalities. Their ceremony took place deep in The New Forest at Hampshire wedding venue Weddings in the Wood. Before Kristin arrived, they treated to a storyteller who told the story of how they met, weaving in all their friends and family into the story. After the ceremony, we held back for woodland portraits, before joining their guests for more storytelling around the firepit. Kristin is a keen archer so in true Kristin & Khairil style, they arranged for woodland games, with Kristin channeling her inner Katniss Everdeen at the archery range and guests swarming around the giant jenga.
Kristin chose a simple lace dress and floral crown and looked every bit a boho goddess while Khairil was very much the modern groom pairing a tweed jacket and top hat with dark denim jeans.
